The Little River Ranch is a new development being built on Poncha Springs Lane on the east side of town. |

I actually drove by it "by accident" and noticed this beautiful old-Western style wooden entrance. It looks like it is going to be a really nice place! Also, notice the moutain view in the background. |

I got one picture of part of the engineering diagram. I look forward to visiting this development in the future to give updates. ;) |
