A couple of shots today from Poncha Springs. I was pumping gas at the truck stop adjacent to Los Girasoles Mexican Restaurant, when I ran out onto Highway 50 to take two pictures. Above, I was facing west towards the junction of Highway 285 towards Monarch Pass.

I know, these are probably not the most exciting pictures. Here's the view looking eastbound towards Salida. Do note that the truck stop on Highway 50 provides a free 12-ounce coffee for gasoline customers, which is kind of nice and gets me over to it. ;)
